Funtime Electrics is a small studio of eccentrics whose primary goals in life are drinking coffee and producing vintage-inspired bespoke single-origin video games for your personal computer system.
The primary instigator is Elissa Black . She has made video games for around a decade and a half for some reason, and can mostly be found on Mastodon , but also sometimes Bluesky when she feels like feeding the corporate beast.
Her past work includes Death by Scrolling , a vertical scrolling action game she designed & wrote with Ron Gilbert , an up-and-coming indie game developer she reckons is worth keeping an eye on.
Art on most of our games is done by some combination of Elissa and the talented Marceles .
